"Felt like just another ticket number"
Trying to use the site was frustrating. The pages kept freezing on me, and after a while I just gave up. It didn’t feel like anyone was really considering the customer experience either, more like I was just another ticket number getting pushed through.

"I messed up and ordered the wrong size..."
I messed up and ordered the wrong size, so I had to do an exchange. Figured it was gonna be a whole back-and-forth thing, but support answered quick and gave me the basic steps. Nothing complicated, just sent it back and waited. The replacement showed up in about a week, which was better than I was expecting

"Fast delivery, but not many updates"
My order actually shipped quickly and the package arrived in good shape. I got the receipt email right away, but after that there wasn’t much communication for a bit, so I had to keep checking the tracking myself. It all worked out fine though, and overall I’m happy with how it went.

"Customer service took a while"
I reached out for help, but the response was slow and didn’t do much to solve my issue. I mean, they did reply, well, eventually, but it wasn’t very helpful.

"Felt cheap and broke quick"
I wasn't really impressed with this. The material feel cheap right out of the box, and it ended up breaking way faster than I expected.

"Fit was a little tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting tighter than I thought it would, especially around the chest. The material was okay and shipping was totally fine, so no big complaints there. Anyway... I just wish the size guide had been a little clearer because now I’m stuck deciding whether it’s worth exchanging. Not awful, just a bit annoying. I’d probably size up if I ordered it again

"Pretty solid for the price"
I feel like this was a good deal for what I got. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but it ended up being worth the money for sure. I always get a little nervous buying stuff like this because I’ve been burned before, kind of like when you order fries and they show up cold, totally different situation but same disappointment. Anyway, no regrets here.

"Got what I ordered, but instructions could be clearer"
My order showed up exactly as expected and there weren’t any issues with it. I just wish the instructions or details were a little clearer upfront, but overall everything was fine
